Grinding Gear Games has released a new patch for Path of Exile 2, currently in early access for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. It offers numerous gameplay improvements and changes, including reducing the player’s size to zero while dodge rolling to get between enemies more easily. Certain smaller monsters can also be pushed while dodging, making it easier for players to escape from corners.
Passive block chance will also work against hits from every direction instead of only the front, while Rain of Arrows and Firestorm have a hit-rate limit. The latter is to prevent them from destroying bosses with large hitboxes and shouldn’t affect clear against regular foes. If you found the Magma Barrier modifier on enemies irritating, it now provides less defens…

Recent reports have linked Gignac with a summer move to the English Premier League, but the 28-year-old has hinted at a possible move to Italian Serie A giants Internazionale Milano.

Paolo Guerrero scored and set up another as Peru kick-started their Copa America campaign with a come-from-behind 3-1 victory over Bolivia at the Maracana.
Peru stuttered to a goalless draw against Venezuela in their Group A opener and Ricardo Gareca s men fell behind to Marcelo Martins 18th international goal in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday.
Martins converted a 28th-minute penalty after a VAR check to give Bolivia – who lost 3-0 to hosts Brazil – an unlikely lead before star forward and captain Guerrero equalised on the stroke of half-time.
Guerrero then provided the assist for Jefferson Farfan s 55th-minute header and substitute Edison Flores added a third in the sixth minute of stoppage time.

Manchester United winger Juan Manuel Mata has made it clear that he would be perfectly happy to remain at Old Trafford in years to come.
The Spaniard will be out of contract at the end of the season, but the Red Devils have the option to extend the deal for a further year.
Speaking about his plans for the future, Mata has revealed that he has no intention of leaving Old Trafford any time soon.
Why not? I m 29 and hopefully I can play football for some more years. It would be great to play until I m 40 like Ryan Giggs. But that s still a bit far, still 11 years,” Mata told ESPN FC.

Saturday could represent a pivotal moment in the Serie A title race as leaders Juventus host second-place Roma in Turin.
With four points separating them after 15 matches and only one round to go afterwards before the winter break, the showdown represents a crucial time for Luciano Spalletti s side to show the champions that they really do mean business.
The Scudetto has eluded the capital club since 2001 and runner-up finishes in two of the last three campaigns have only increased frustrations at their inability to lead from the front throughout the title race.
Add to that a five-game losing streak at Juventus Stadium, and the bitter resentment

Liverpool have announced midfielder Jordan Henderson as their new captain following the departure of Steven Gerrard to LA Galaxy.
Henderson has become a key figure at Anfield since his arrival in 2011 and was appointed Gerrard s deputy in September, going on to lead Liverpool on 19 occasions.

I m absolutely delighted and proud, Henderson told the club s official website. It is a great honour and a huge privilege to be named as the captain of this football club.
When Steven [Gerrard] wasn t in the team last season, I tried to do the best I could when I stepped in and took the armband.…
Massimo Gobbi says Parma s players are willing to pay the price and accept a cut in wages in order to help keep the club afloat, amid reports of a potential takeover.
Parma s debts were revealed to total over €218million when the Serie A outfit were declared bankrupt and placed into administration last week.
Financial assistance from the league and the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) has ensured rock-bottom Parma can complete the campaign, and Gobbi claims he and his team-mates are also willing to play their part.
When we met with the administrator we talked about other issues, the steps of the bankruptcy procedure, things like that, said the 34-year-old, who has been at the Stadio Ennio Tardini since 2010.
Given the massive amount of debt, …
Arsenal survived both the dismissal of Granit Xhaka and the concession of a late penalty to beat Burnley 2-1 in dramatic fashion on Sunday, Alexis Sanchez s last-gasp spot-kick keeping the pressure on their Premier League title rivals.
Shkodran Mustafi opened his Gunners account after the break at Emirates Stadium, where Andre Gray equalised from the penalty spot in injury time.
Arsene Wenger s team refused to be denied though, Sanchez restoring the lead with a spot-kick of his own in the 98th minute as Arsenal snatched back the victory to climb to second in the table.
The hosts saw midfielder Xhaka sent off for the second time in his debut season before Burnley lost Dean Marney to a potentially serious injury.
